Are you a leasing and customer-service professional who is ready to take the next step in property management?
CRH Management, Inc. is seeking an organized, motivated and results-driven Assistant Property Manager to help lead the daily operations of Champions Club Apartments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leasing, building resident relationships, solving problems and helping a community achieve its occupancy and revenue goals.
Working closely with the Property Manager, you will support leasing, renewals, collections, resident communication and property administration. You will also serve as the onsite leader when the Property Manager is unavailable.
What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day operation and administration of the community.
- Assist with leasing, prospect follow-up, tours and resident move-ins.
- Build relationships with prospects and communicate the value of the community.
- Help execute leasing and marketing strategies that increase traffic, occupancy and closing performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor pricing, concessions and local market conditions.
- Assist with resident renewals, retention efforts and lease-related documentation.
- Monitor resident accounts and complete consistent collection and delinquency follow-up.
- Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism, urgency and sound judgment.
- Maintain accurate prospect, resident and property information in company systems.
- Develop productive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors and community partners.
- Support company policies related to leasing, screening, Fair Housing, collections and resident account management.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional and organized leasing office and community environment.
- Serve as the onsite leader during the Property Manager’s absence while operating within established company policies and approval requirements.
- Complete required systems, compliance and professional-development training on time.
- Perform other reasonably related responsibilities based on the needs of the community.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence communicating with prospects, residents, vendors and company leadership.
- The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn property-management and CRM systems.
- Intermediate mathematical skills, including the ability to manage balances and other account-related figures.
- Professionalism, discretion and the ability to protect confidential information.
- Dependable and consistent attendance.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Min. of 2 years of multifamily property-management experience is required and experience with Yardi, RentCafe or comparable property-management systems are preferred.

- Communicates clearly and works collaboratively with the onsite team.
Work Environment
This position works in a standard office environment and throughout the apartment community. The role may involve outdoor weather conditions, walking the property, touring apartment homes and moderate noise levels.
